Prize game rules

Last updated: 2026-08-25

These rules govern Chancemarket's prize games: who can take part, how tickets work, how the winner is picked and how the prize is paid. Entering a prize game means accepting them.

1. Who runs it

Chancemarket is operated by Twimbox LLC. Unless a game's description says otherwise, the promoter is Chancemarket and the prize is provided by Chancemarket.

Every prize game has its own description stating the prize, the entry period and the date. If anything in that description conflicts with this page, the game description prevails.

2. Who can enter

  • You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your country if that is higher.
  • You need an account in your own name and, for games that require it, an active plan at the time entry closes.
  • Prize games are void where prohibited by law. We may exclude countries or regions to comply with local law, and may require proof of age, identity or residency before awarding a prize.
  • Employees of Chancemarket and Twimbox LLC, and their immediate family or household members, may not enter.
  • Tickets generated by bots or automation, tickets from duplicate accounts, and tickets obtained on someone else's behalf are invalid.

3. How you get tickets

Tickets are included with your plan at no additional charge. What you pay for is the plan — the games, the content and the benefits it includes; entry into the game is a benefit of that plan, not a separate purchase, and tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Each plan states how many tickets per period it includes, and that is visible before you pay.

You can also earn tickets by playing Chancemarket's games. How much each plan multiplies is published on the plans page and can change; changes apply going forward.

Tickets stack up and do not expire while your plan is active. Tickets that did not win still count for the next game.

If you cancel, you keep the tickets from the period you already paid for and you are in every game that closes within that period. Once that period ends you lose the tickets you had stacked up and you stop being entered.

4. Ticket numbers

Every ticket has a number. Numbers are assigned in contiguous blocks, in the order tickets are credited, and once assigned they do not move: a ticket added later goes on the end and does not shift the ones before it.

You can see your numbers in your account before the game. The entrant list closes when the entry period ends, and the winner is picked from that closed list.

5. How the winner is picked

Once the list closes, the winner is picked at random from all valid tickets. The more tickets you hold, the better your odds, in direct proportion: ten tickets are worth ten times one.

When a prize game awards more than one prize, the winners are different people: nobody wins twice in the same game.

Backups are selected alongside the winners, in order, in case a winner turns out to be ineligible or never shows up.

Where a prize game is run live, the live result is the official result. Chancemarket cannot change it afterwards.

If a winner is found ineligible or in breach of these rules, that ticket is void and the next backup takes their place.

6. Notification and claiming

The winner is announced on the platform and contacted using the details on their account. Keeping your email current is your responsibility.

The prize is claimed from the account that won it, within 21 calendar days of the game date. Only that account holder can claim it.

After 21 days with no claim, or if the winner cannot be verified after reasonable attempts, the prize is forfeited and Chancemarket may reassign or withdraw it.

7. How the prize is paid

Cash prizes are paid to the winner anywhere in the world, by whichever method is agreed with them from the options available in their country. Each game description states the currency the prize is expressed in.

If, when the entry period closes, subscription revenue has not reached USD 50,000, the prize is not the advertised amount: 50% of the subscription revenue actually collected during that period is paid instead. The draw still takes place and there is always a winner. The amount and how it was calculated are stated when the prize is claimed.

The winner's identity is verified before payment. This is a requirement and is not negotiable: no verification, no payment.

Prizes are not exchanged for anything else unless Chancemarket offers it. If a prize cannot be delivered for reasons outside Chancemarket's control, it may be replaced with one of equal or greater value.

Delivery costs are on Chancemarket, unless the game description says otherwise.

8. Taxes

Any tax due on the prize is the winner's responsibility, under the rules of their country. Chancemarket does not give tax advice.

Where the law requires the prize to be withheld on or reported to a tax authority, Chancemarket does so and gives the winner the corresponding record.

9. Billing, renewal and cancellation

Your plan renews on its own — monthly, or once a year if you picked annual — until you cancel it.

You cancel from your account, without emailing anyone, and it takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Periods already paid are not refunded, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

Payments are processed by the platform's payment provider. Chancemarket does not store your card details.

10. The games

The games are for one thing: earning more tickets than your plan brings. They are played WITH tickets and what you win is tickets. They are not played with money, there is nothing to pay to play beyond the plan, and there is no cash withdrawal of what you play and no converting tickets into money.

Some games are games of skill and some combine skill and chance. Country of the day and word of the day come down to what you know and how you reason. Higher or Lower, blackjack and Rocket combine a decision of yours — which side you pick, when you stand, when you cash out — with a card or a number that comes up at random. Which is which is stated in each game.

No game is a wager of money or a promise of winning. Over time the games return fewer tickets than are staked in them: they are calibrated that way on purpose, because if they returned more, tickets nobody earned would enter the game and everyone's odds would drop. Playing is a way to earn tickets, not a way to multiply your plan.

Each game has its own rules, its own bet limits and its own caps, published inside the game. The outcome is determined by the server: what the screen shows does not change what has already been resolved.

If we detect a game being manipulated — automation, duplicate accounts, exploiting a bug — the tickets obtained that way are void.

11. Publishing the winner

Winning means Chancemarket may publish your first name, your last initial and your country, and announce the game result.

Publishing your photo, your voice or your testimonial requires your separate consent. You can collect the prize without appearing in any marketing material.

12. Changes, suspension and cancellation

Chancemarket may change these rules. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date and apply to prize games that start after they are posted: a prize game already under way finishes under the rules it started with.

If a prize game cannot go ahead for reasons outside Chancemarket's control — a technical failure, fraud, a legal restriction — Chancemarket may suspend or cancel it. If a prize game that had already closed is cancelled, the tickets used return to each entrant's account for the next game.

No prize game obliges there to be another. A game one month does not guarantee one the next, even though that is the intention.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Chancemarket's and Twimbox LLC's liability to an entrant is limited to the value of the prize in the game concerned or to what that entrant paid over the last twelve months, whichever is greater.

None of the above limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be limited, nor any consumer rights you have in your country.

14. Personal data

The data needed to verify and pay a prize is used for that and to meet legal obligations, and is handled under the platform's privacy policy.

15. Governing law

These rules are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Twimbox LLC is organised, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting a formal claim, the parties will try to resolve it in good faith in writing within thirty days.

This does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law of where you live.

These rules cover the game. Your account, subscription billing and use of the platform are governed by the Chancemarket Terms & Conditions.
