Acceptable Use Policy

This AUP applies to every user of Chancemarket — Creators who publish and monetize content, Members who subscribe and participate, and anyone who posts, uploads, streams, links to, or transmits content through the platform, including membership content, community-channel posts, direct messages, event materials, profile and page copy, and any media hosted or linked from a Creator's page.

Creators are responsible for all content they publish or monetize, and for ensuring it complies with this AUP, our Terms & Conditions, and applicable law. Chancemarket does not permit the monetization of any content that falls into the prohibited categories below, regardless of how it is framed or where it is posted.

The following content and conduct are prohibited on Chancemarket and may not be published, monetized, linked to, or distributed through the platform. This list is not exhaustive; Chancemarket may act on any content it determines, in its reasonable discretion, to violate this AUP or applicable law.

• Adult or sexually explicit content, and adult services (see Section 3).
• Content that infringes intellectual-property or proprietary rights, including copyright (see Section 4).
• Violent extremism, terrorism, or hateful content targeting protected groups (see Section 5).
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — reported to authorities and never tolerated.
• Content that promotes, facilitates, or instructs on illegal activity, violence, self-harm, or the sale of regulated or prohibited goods.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Fraud, scams, deceptive practices, malware, phishing, or attempts to circumvent platform security or moderation.

Chancemarket prohibits the publication and monetization of adult or sexually explicit content and adult services. This includes, without limitation, content containing nudity or explicit sexual acts(including nudity or sexual imagery offered to subscribers), audio or video chats for adult or sexual purposes (including one-to-one live adult chat), pornography, escort or sexual services, and any content designed for the purpose of sexual gratification. This prohibition applies to human-created and AI-generated content alike.

Creators may not use memberships, top-ups, community channels, direct messages, events, or any other feature to sell, promote, or deliver adult content or services. Accounts that do so are removed.

Creators may only publish and monetize content they own or are authorized to use. Chancemarket prohibits any violation of intellectual-property or proprietary rights, including copyright infringement — for example, distributing music albums, films, software, or other works that were obtained or shared illegally, or content that misappropriates another party's trademarks, likeness, or proprietary material.

Rights holders (or their agents) can report infringing content through the channels in Section 10. We remove or disable access to content we determine to be infringing, notify the affected Creator, and apply the repeat-infringer policy in Section 8 to accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Chancemarket prohibits violent extremism — content that involves, facilitates, promotes, or engages with acts of violence — and content that incites hatred against, or dehumanizes, any group or individual on the basis of race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, or any other immutable characteristic. Terrorist content and support for, or glorification of, terrorist or violent-extremist organizations are prohibited and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.

Chancemarket provides reporting tools so that end users, rights holders, and other affected parties can flag content they believe violates this AUP or our Terms & Conditions and request its removal. Any signed-in user can report content or an account through the in-app support/report channel (the “?” help & support control available in checkout and in the creator panel), and anyone can email our abuse team at the address in Section 10.

When we receive a report, we review it, and — where the reported content violates this AUP or applicable law — we remove or disable access to it, demonetize it, and take account action as warranted. We prioritize reports involving imminent harm, CSAM, and legal-takedown notices. Reporters receive acknowledgment of their report, and we retain a record of reports and the action taken so that enforcement is auditable and repeat violations can be tracked.

Chancemarket enforces this AUP with a combination of automated and human measures. We apply automated detection signals to content and accounts to surface material that may violate this AUP — for example prohibited-keyword and pattern matching, media and link screening, and risk signals on new or high-volume accounts — which route flagged items to review.

Content determined to violate this AUP is demonetized and removed or disabled, and the associated payouts may be withheld or reversed. Depending on severity and history, we also suspend or terminate the offending account (see Section 8). Detection is continuous: we re-screen on publication and on report, and we may act on content proactively without waiting for a user report.

Chancemarket maintains a policy against repeat infringers of this AUP and our Terms & Conditions. Each confirmed violation is recorded against the responsible account. We apply escalating enforcement: a first violation typically results in removal/demonetization of the offending content and a warning; further violations result in temporary suspension of publishing and payout privileges; and repeated or serious violations result in permanent termination of the account, forfeiture of associated pending payouts, and a block on re-registration.

Certain violations — including CSAM, credible threats of violence, and other unlawful content — result in immediate termination on the first instance and are reported to the appropriate authorities, regardless of prior history. We may also refuse service to any individual or entity previously terminated for AUP violations.

A Creator whose content was removed or account was actioned may appeal by contacting us through the channels in Section 10 within the timeframe stated in the enforcement notice. We review appeals in good faith and restore content or access where we determine the action was made in error. Appeals do not apply to content that is unlawful, and reinstatement is at Chancemarket's discretion.
